Yes, you get one month of no-cost trial. This way, you can launch your first campaign risk-free to test its ease of use. If you cancel before the end of the trial (with one click from your "My Account" area), your credit card will not be charged. Otherwise, you can opt for the selected offer. No risk!
Everything is simplified to the extreme. We know that your main job is welcoming guests, not influencing them. You just have to provide a few details, and your campaign is launched. Then, you select the influencers you like in one click. You discuss the date of their visit with them and welcome them as well as your other guests. Then, you wait for them to make the promised posts. Nothing else. You'll see your reputation and visibility increase on social media and get the photos taken for your hotel. In short, everything is simplified to the extreme.
95% yes. Influencers are indeed penalized if they don't post and are banned from the platform after 3 missed posts. You are asked to rate them at the end of their performance. So almost all influencers will post. Importantly, most of the time, the 5% is due to poor reception. If your establishment isn't up to par, the influencer may invoke their exit clause and choose not to post to avoid recommending your restaurant to their community. This is extremely rare, but since any retailer can run influencer campaigns, it can sometimes happen. In this case, we may have to ban establishments that aren't up to par.
Yes, you can choose either the no-commitment plan or the more advantageous annual subscription. The choice is yours!
You can choose whether or not to pay influencers. It's not mandatory (given that you're offering them a service), but by paying, you'll generally reach larger and higher-quality influencers. Our advice is to add a fee, especially since the prices are reasonable, fixed, and you only trigger payment when the service is completed... and Influence4You takes care of payments and transfers to the influencers (so you don't have to do anything!!!). For your information, we take a 25% commission on the amounts we pay to influencers (so the Influence4You commission is paid by the influencer).
